Right on board with you. It's all a ludicrous sham of a plan. Hamas turned down about 14 of the 21 points. Bibi better not agree to releasing murderers unless every hostage, alive and deceased is returned to Israel and their families. He and other Israeli leaders have made so many mistakes throughout the years, some of which have put them in this situation right now. I'm sick of hearing about genocide and starving people, which in my mind cannot happen at the same time. If a good part of the population has been killed, surely there aren't that many left who would be "starving," which they're not. Qatar and Steve Witless have been driving this entire charade. This is what happens when you make a deal with demons.
Great article. I'm sick of the Trump apologists. Trump claimed he could end the Russia-Ukraine war in 24 hours. He got a dose of reality when Putin left Alaska and then escalated the war. Putin wasn't interested in his deal; he wants to conquer all of Ukraine and recreate the Russian empire. It seems Trump learned nothing from that experience and so is prepared to throw Israel under the bus so he can lay claim to having brought what appears to be "peace" and an end to the war in Gaza. But hamas isn't interested in dealmaking, their only mission is to murder Jews and end Israel. Trump is not as all-powerful as he believes and not the great negotiator he claims to be. Making deals with genocidal maniacs isn't the same dynamic as making real estate deals. As for Kuschner and Witkoff, being Jewish makes no difference, their first priorities are protecting their own business interests with the Gulf Arab nations and loyalty to Trump.
Remember when Bush wasn't telling us that Islam was a religion of peace but said that you're either with us or against us and when Reagan said don't negotiate with terrorists
And remember the hell that was paid back before inauguration day when they didn't do as commanded
This is what happens when you put "peace" as a goal unto itself. As Moshe Feiglin says, peace is not the only goal. It would be great to have, but not to be pursued brainlessly.
Peace is *never* a goal. It's an emergent property of conflict resolution. Any time you pursue peace as a goal, you wind up with fake "peace" that ensures continued conflict and war.
Tommy Robinson for the same in England to save and make it sane, certain trash English are nearly as deranged as the Muslims about Jews and call him out as a Zionist as if that's a slur if not football hooligan if not scumbag, treacherous infighting🙄

Great points; Carolyn posted the ‘Son of Hamas’ on FB saying the same thing.
When do the two of you get to collaborate?

It's all too true, but I hope you have it all wrong.
That'd be nice. I'm afraid I don't think so.
