A lot of Israelis are responding to the impending election of a genocidal, communist nutbar as Mayor of New York City by telling New Yorkers to make aliya.
“Do they have to actually set up camps with ‘Arbeit Macht Frei’ before you get a clue?! Get out of there!”
And I see their frustration. I share it, to a certain extent. But if you are a leftist Jew, I beg you: stay right where you are. If you really feel scared, move to some other American pesthole, like Los Angeles. Do not come to Israel.
And no, this is not some kind of reverse psychology thing. I’m not telling you to stay so you’ll say, “Screw Lisa; I’m making aliya!” I’m telling you flat out: you don’t belong here. And we deserve better than you.
In fact, I’d love it if the yerida (leaving Israel—the opposite of aliya), which is already mostly leftists, would ramp up. They don’t care about us. They don’t care about the Jewish State. They are a liability.
But this isn’t about them. This is about the Jews in New York, most of whom barely know they’re Jewish except when they go to a funeral of a family member, or someone calls them a dirty Jew, and many of whom are actually supporting Zohran, like the mohrans they are.
You know the expression: You made your bed, now lie in it? In this case, I’d rephrase it as: You crapped your bed, now lie in it.
Oh, don’t worry. You won’t be dealing with death camps any time soon. That’s just hysterical propaganda. But you will definitely be dealing with one Krystallnacht after another. And a lot of you will be defending the perpetrators, because it isn’t happening to you personally, and you feel no obligation to your fellow Jews. Or because you’re so mindlessly nihilistic that you’ve become blind to the very concepts of right and wrong.
So that’s my plea. Stay there. Please. Don’t bring your crazy here. We have more than enough of it already.
Perfectly stated! It makes me so sick to think that these people care more about so-called "social justice" than their very survival. When will they learn that those they've stood beside will NEVER stand with us????
I was a New Yorker, born and raised, and I loved the city when I worked there, dined there, and couldn't get enough of all the wonderful cultural activities it had to offer. Then, it truly was a cosmopolitan and glamorous city. Now it's a cesspool, period. My sentiments are exactly like yours. I'm in Florida and I say, don't come here. New Yorkers are like locusts who destroy every place they go to because it's not New York enough for them. They should go where the rest of their nutty comrades live, California, Massachusetts, Chicago. Those are the perfect places for them. New Yorkers are masochists and Zohran will be voted in, no doubt. Voting a socialist in, in the biggest financial city in the world. That should work out real good for them, and I'm looking forward to it.
